PSA has graded a mere 7 complete 1969 Transogram boxes featuring Clemente, signifying how scarce these are. While several factors play into the PSA 3 grade, many of them are on the obverse, non-card side.  The card itself looks nice, with some minor dirt and a tiny bit of wear, consistent with the grade, while the sunny box back still shines. Tough item for the Clemente collector, with only three graded higher, the best of which is a 5.5 at PSA.
