Difficult card from the M101-5 issue, more scarce than is typical due to the fact that Boone's card replaced the original #12 of Beals Becker. Though the Becker is far more scarce than Boone, Boone is more scarce than the other cards in the set, simply because not as many were printed. As a result, Boone's card sells for a premium on the occasions when it becomes available for sale. This example has been graded EX 5 by SGC, one of just four examples graded by SGC (PSA has graded just one), with none higher (SGC has graded 3 at this level, and PSA one). Well-centered, with light corner wear largely responsible for the grade.
