Important card from a difficult Canadian issue, graded VG 3 by PSA due largely to surface soiling and corner wear. It should be noted that the top reverse of the PSA holder has been cracked across it; no damage exists to the card nor is there any sign of tampering, however, the card and older are being sold as is.
