1923 Yankee Stadium ticket stub from Game 5 of the World Series, the final game played at Yankee Stadium in the team's 4-2 Series victory over the New York Giants.  In this contest, the Yankees were 8-1 winners in the October 14 contest, with most of the offense provided by Joe Dugan and Bob Meusel, who combined for 7 hits and 6 RBI.  Bullet Joe Bush got the complete game for the Yankees, giving up just three hits, the only earned run coming on an RBI groundout by Casey Stengel, scoring Irish Meusel, who had tripled with one out.  Though the stub presents well, there is considerable edge wear and heavy facing on the left (more pronounced on the back), along with heavy surface indentations at the top front, difficult to see in the scan but quite visible under illumination.  POOR condition as a result, yet with a strong presentation.
