Part of an extensive collection of Ted Williams endorsements and promotions featured in this auction (as well as our last and our next), professionally-matted to approximately 15 1/2" x 9" but removed from its frame, grouping of Williams-related pieces related to Massachusetts-based Hub Apparel and its "Sta-Warm" and "Stay-Dry" sportswear brands.  Collection includes a pair of yellow-and-red equipment tags, each of which feature the facsimile autograph of Williams, along with a paper hang tag that features Williams' endorsement and a redemption card offering a free "autographed picture" of Williams.  Lastly, the collection includes the picture itself, a 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" advertising premium of Williams, commonly known as the 1950s Hub Apparel Williams.  All appear in EX condition, though the card itself has been affixed to the matte with framer's tape and appears to also exhibit a stain from clear tape along the top edge of the back.  The matte prevents us from conducting a thorough investigation of the condition of the backs of the tags.  An interesting topical subset of Williams-related advertising premiums and materials.  Four pieces total.
