Manufactured by AMT, model Grumman F9F Panther marine fighter jet, featuring the image of Ted Williams on the box.  Contains one full box with original parts, and a second empty display box.  Both display wear, looseness at the lids and edge tears.  The empty display box was long ago sealed with clear tape, which has, over the years, come loose but remains adhered to the box lid.  Overall foxing and soiling throughout.  Despite the wear, an unusual Ted Williams display.
