Many of the surviving examples from the Dietsche Postcards baseball issues exhibit surface wear, largely due to the dark backgrounds on which each photographic image is set.  In the case of this exceptional mid grade example, little such wear is evident, the bulk of the flaws related to corner wear, and some light soiling.  Of ten examples assessed by SGC, just three have graded higher than this.
