I have one to sell!
Pair of tough-to-find souvenir Louisville Slugger bats believed to have been given away or sold during the 1927 World Series. Bats bearing the facsimile signatures of Babe Ruth of the Yankees and Lloyd Waner of the Pirates represent the only players known to exist making this a complete set of the 14" bats. Each presents well with telltale markings and signs of wear associated with being owned by a youngster in the 1920s. The "World's Series 1927" stamping on the Ruth bat has worn away somewhat over the years the "27" in "1927" virtually imperceptible but the stamping of Ruth's signatre remains strong. The stampinigs on the Waner bat remain legible and strong. Two bats total a desirable pair and complete set of mementoes from the 1927 World Series.
