Tremendous 19 1/2" x 12 1/4" uncut panel containing 36 cards from the 1952 Bowman set. The colorful display contains two Hall of Famers at the top-left: Casey Stengel and Willie Mays. Additionap cards include Neil Berry Russ Meyer Lou Kretlow Dixie Howell Harry Simpson Johnny Schmitz Del Wilber Alex Kellner Clyde Sukeforth Bob Chipman Hank Arft Frank Shea Dee Fondy Enos Slaughter (HOF) Bob Kuzava Fred Fitzsimmons Steve Souchock Tommy Brown Sherm Lollar Roy McMillan Dale Mitchell Billy Loes Mel Parnell Everett Kell Red Munger Lew Burdette George Schmees Jerry Snyder John Pramesa BillWerle Hank Thompson Ivan Delock Lucky Lohrke and Frank Crosetti - the entire high number series from the set. The sheet presents extremely well though it does exhibit some very mild color washout likely a result of display in sunlight. As is the case with most vintage uncut sheets this example is not without wear - some minor tears and paper notches at the edges are evident as is wear to the corners. Some paper loss is evident on the Ike Delock card at the bottom row and unfortunately some creasing is evident on the Stengel and Mays card along with a small tear on the Stengel. Additional paper loss is evident on the reverse at the edges as well as along the two columns of cards along the right side of the sheet. Despite the wear this is a fantastic display from the golden age of baseball cards featuring three Hall of Famers and a number of other fan favorites but most notably the second-year card of Willie Mays.
