Attractive official Griffith Stadium program dating to an August 15 1920 game between the Senators and Yankees. Despite the Yankees pounding out 13 hits (including a Babe Ruth single) the Senators won the game 6-4 Yankees pitcher George Mogridge giving up six runs in just four innings for his 8th loss on the season. The scorecard exhibits light wear including a lengthy crease from folding vertically from top to bottom. Interior pages exhibit light discoloration from age with the heavy cardboard center scorecard page having become detached from the staple binding. An exceptional early scorecard featuring Babe Ruth in his first season with the Yankees batting .386 on the day the game was played.
