Spalding official Little League baseball signed and inscribed in black steel-tip fountain pen by Black Sox pitcher Eddie Cicotte. The baseball itself is in outstanding condition clean and only lightly toned Cicotte's signature inscribed on the south panel the inscription "TO GEO W. BOULER" appearing on the sweet spot. The signature and inscriptions are obviously extremely faded and difficult to see. Generally Eddie Cicotte single-signed baseballs are extremely valuable and quite scarce.
