Spectacular card a beautiful collector-grade example that has been graded GOOD+ 2.5 by PSA likely due to minor surface abrasions on the reverse likely from scrapbook removal that have resulted in some minor paper loss that can be seen in the sixth line of copy on the reverse. A lower-left corner ding also contributes but neither flaw seems to justify the grade. Regardless a stunning card.
