Bright and attractive midgrade example of Cardinals pitcher Slim Sallee a star who would post a record of 18-17 in 1914 with an earned run average of just 2.10. Sallee would win 21 games with the 1919 Cincinnati Reds his greatest season. The card has been graded VG-EX 4 by PSA a clean card with some minor caramel staining evident centered slightly to the top. One of just 23 examples to have been graded by PSA a testament to the difficulty of this set.
