Exceptional pair of color illustrations depicting Hall of Fame pitcher Rube Marquard buth on blueish-green paper signed by Baltimore-area illustrator Bob Leffler. Marquard himself signed and personalized one of the two illustrations "To Ted " referring to Baltimore-area collector and former sportscaster Ted Patterson. Both illustrations exhibit visible wear notably at the corners and edges but also some surface wear in the form of creasing and a few small tears. Two excellent display pieces suitable for framing.
