1983 Rawlings Official AL (MacPhail) baseball signed by Paul Richards whose playing career lasted between 1932 and 1946 and who continued on for a long career as manager and General Manager. Richard signed the ball for former Baltimore Orioles broadcaster Ted Patterson. The ball presents well with light but even toning the signature applied on the north panel.
