Small but important ticket stub for April 15 1954 at Memorial Stadium the very first game played by the Major League Baltimore Orioles at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore. Much like the final home opener for the St. Louis Browns the home opener for the Orioles was also filled with promise a 3-1 Baltimore win over the Chicago White Sox. Virgil Trucks was also involved in this game this time on the losing end with Chicago as "Bullet" Bob Turley pitched a complete game for Baltimore striking out 9. The stub for the lower-reserved section of Memorial Stadium grades F-G due to surface wear. An important ticket stub for the very first home game for the Baltimore Orioles in 1954.
