I have one to sell!
One of the more prized Southern Leaguers in the T206 issue a bright green portrait card of Shag Shaughnessy of the Roanoke Tigers of the Virginia League. Shaughnessy was the Crash Davis of his era playing 20 seasons in the pros but playing only nine games in parts of two seasons in The Show. Records indicate that Shaughnessy could hit batting as high as .327 with Roanoke in 1911 but was also somewhat of a Renaissance man as a practicing lawyer a football coach the owner of a cigar store and the business manager of the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey Association. This card graded VG 3 by PSA is clean and bold with corner wear likely responsible for the grade. A tougher card particularly with the Old Mill reverse.
