Well-centered rookie card of Hall of Famer Mike Ditka who's very name will perpetually remind us of the old SNL skits but who contributed so much more to the game. Ditka played for 11 seasonswith Chicago Philadelphia and Dallas and was immediately hired by Tom Landry as an assistant coach after his retirement. Ditka spent nine seasons in that capacity during Dallas' successful 1970s run and became the head coach of the Chicago Bears in 1981 leading the team to a Super Bowl championship in 1985 and winning the Coach of the Year award twice. Ditka was the first Tight End inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1988.
