Due to the nature of how they were distributed and what their intended purpose was all salesman's samples are tough to obtain today and are highly desirable among collectors. The reverse of the panels typically contained advertising or promotional information. Salesman's samples often took a beating because they were transported from place to place utilized as display materials by retailers and otherwise banged up.
