Attractive Banks rookie which presents far better than the assigned grade but takes a hit due to a miscut top edge that encroaches on the typesetting itself. The lack of a top border in the 1954 Topps issue creates natural centering issues and makes a certain degree of top-to-bottom centering problems forgiveable and in this casae the cleanliness of the card and sharpness of the corners far outweighs the slight cutting issue creating an outstanding "buy the card not the holder" opportunity.
