I have one to sell!
Extraordinary card from the rare 1955 Spic and Span die-cut issue picturing Hall of Famer Warren Spahn in the midst of one of the highest leg-kicks we have ever seen. Each of the cards from the issue are extremely large (8" from left to right in most cases) with die-cut bodies meant to be detached from the card and tabs meant to be inserted into slots so that the cards could be displayed as stand-ups. The result is that they are typically found creased torn and folded. Such is not the case with this exceptional example which exhibits very little wear (despite the narrow section near Spahn's cleats typically found heavily creased and torn). In this case a single crease extends through the card at the cleats breaking the surface in front but by no means impacting the eye appeal of the card. Some very minor edge wear is evident elsewhere on the card but we cannot fathom that there is a more attractive example of this piece anywhere in the hobby.
