Midgrade specimen of one of the more commonly-found cards from the set to the degree that any card from this difficult set can be called "commonly found." The VG/EX 4 grade assigned by SGC is likely due to the card sitting awkwardly on its backing resulting in some discoloration around the edges from the adhesive of the sticker. Still a tough card from one of the more difficult of all the regional issues that became popular in the era.
