An astonishing 25 future Hall of Famers plus Hall of Fame umpire Doug Harvey participated in the 1971 All-Star Game at Tiger Stadium. The American League defeated the National Leauge on a two-run sixth-inning home run by Harmon Killebrew off Fergie Jenkins. Six Hall of Famers homered in the game: Johnny Bench Hank Aaron and Roberto Clemente for the National League Reggie Jackson Frank Robinson and Harmon Killebrew for the American. Presented here is an incredible document of the game - the official program signed by 49 participants in the game. The majority of the signatures appear on the cover with additional autographs on the inside pages. The signatures were all obtained in person by our consignor a former pro broadcaster with access to both clubhouses during the game.
