Since the pose of Cobb in his E122 American Caramel issue is familiar it would be easy to overlook the scarcity of the issue. This is in fact one of just four examples of the card to have been graded by SGC with just one higher than this example graded FAIR 1.5. PSA has graded just three. The image does exhibit some surface wear as well as noticeable wear around the edges and corners however it is the scarcity of this card that drives its value. In fact our research has uncovered only four previous public sales of E122 Cobbs in more than a decade the initial sale of this particular example being one of them an eBay "Best Offer" transaction from last winter. A truly scarce card one of the toughest of Cobb.
