Distributed in 1916 by the Ferguson Bakery of Roxbury MA the BF2 pennants were undersized felt pennants that featured a black and white photo of a popular player of the day. Each pennant measured approximately six inches in length the unnumbered set comprised 97 subjetcts. The overwhelming majority of the pennants grade by SGC - 115 of 137 in fact - have been graded AUTHENTIC and this example is no exception. Coming from an advanced collection of Joe Tinker cards consigned to this auction this is the only Tinker from the issue to have been graded by SGC a relatively clean example with some very minor stains on the photo itself but very sharp unblemished screen printing on the pennant. A very attractive and difficult to find piece.
