Collection of four different cards from the W551 strip card issue including two Hall of Famers. Includes the following: 1) Jess Barnes (PSA FR 1.5); 2) Dave Bancroft (HOF): (PSA PR 1); 3) Wally Pipp: PSA PR 1; 4) Casey Stengel (HOF): PSA PR 1. Four cards total. PLEASE NOTE: We are withdrawing this lot. An astute collector pointed out that these cards are reprints that were mistakenly encapsulated by PSA. Our research has concluded the same. The tipoff is the blue type on the cards - on the original W551 cards the printing was in black. The cards were subsequently reprinted by a well-known dealer the typeface printed in blue to help identify the reprints a fact that is becoming lost to history and causing some confusion among collectors.
