To coincide with his sale to the Louisville Colonels the Mayo's Cut Plug card of Dan Brouthers was revised the first baseman's uniform modified to reflect his new team. The result was the creation of a variation that is more scarce than the original Baltimore variation. This example has been graded EX+ 5.5 by SGC one of the highest-graded specimens of either of the two poses. While SGC did not always differentiate between the two poses for the purposes of their population reports we can ascertain that just one Brouthers card has graded higher (though we do not know which pose). PSA has graded none higher than VG-EX 4. This example would not look out of place even in a higher holder slight chipping at the edges the only real flaw visible on the card.
