The E102 set is one of several anonymously-issued candy card sets from the turn of the century. Virtually identical in design to the E101 set as well as other E-card issues from the era this unnumbered set includes 25 subjects (some with multiple poses bringing the total subject count to 29). The E102 set is considered very scarce in comparison with other caramel and candy issues of the era and the cards are very highly desirable as a result. Midgrade example featuring Hall of Fame outfielder "Wahoo" Sam Crawford graded VG/EX 4 by SGC with only slightly-rounded corners a mild discoloration at the bottom border and a L-R centering issue. Still the bold red background and clean illustration make this a striking attractive card.
