Lot Description  

Dahlen's October 23 1909 release by the Boston Doves and subsequent signing with Brooklyn resulted in a team change variation within the T206 issue. The common "Boston Nat'l" print was replaced with a Brooklyn emblem for the cards with 350 Series backs including this Sweet Caporal example. Graded VG/EX 4 by SGC the card exhibits soft but evenly rounded corners and an otherwise clean image. One of the more desirable cards in the issue.
