Lot Description  

1918 Chicago White Sox season pass issued to Amon Carter likely the same Amon Carter that was creator and publisher of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The heavy laminate pass is bright and colorful and appears hardly used. The 1918 White Sox had a losing record going 57-67 finishing 17 games out of first place. The following season of course would see the White Sox rebound but then deliberately lose the World Series.
