Between 1916 and 1918 the Toledo Mud Hens were actually renamed the Toledo Iron Men. Hall of Famer Roger Bresnahan used his savings to purchase the club and bring them back to Toledo from Cleveland. He was club president and manager of a team that in 1918 included a number of future and past major leaguers including Bresnahan himself Charlie Boardman Luke Boone Billy Purtell and more. This pass appears to have admitted admitted the wife of infielder Luke Boone to the park for Iron Men games. In VG/EX condition with some minor staining and wear.
