Lot Description  

Another unusual print anomaly this example featuring Harry Gaspar. The technical grade of GOOD 30 is irrelevant in this case as it describes the miscut and not necessarily the condition of the card. The entire bottom of the border has been cut in this case revealing the very bottom edge of the card above it on the sheet. The reverse is similarly miscut.
