Outstanding Connie Mack's All-Star card of Babe Ruth graded EX/NM 80 by SGC. Easily the key card to this difficult set the Ruth is perfectly centered with only mild edge and corner wear consistent with the grade and a rich red background. The number of examples of this card in SGC's population reports to have been graded at the NM level or greater (5) is misleading with respect to how scarce this card truly is in this type of condition. SGC has graded a total of 30 Ruth cards PSA 63. Of the 63 examples graded by PSA just two have graded NM with none higher. As is the case with all the cards from the Connie Mack's All-Star issue high-grade examples are difficult to locate and any card at the EX level or greater should be considered "high grade." A truly outstanding card.
