Complete set of the interesting 1948 Baseball's Great Hall of Fame Exhibits cards. Each card features one of the game's greatest names including two different cards of Babe Ruth. The cards grade VG on average with some lesser and a few better the majority exhibiting wear at the corners and edges with some light surface wear. One of the overlooked Exhibit issues due largely to the cards being distributed after the players' careers had concluded. Card manufacturers have had a long history of issuing "tribute" sets to the game's greats; the 1948 Exhibit set is one of the first.
