Well-centered and razor sharp "Banks Wins MVP" card from the 1959 Topps issue. The "Baseball Thrills" subset is one of the more interesting of Topps' many subsets chronicling some of the highlights of the 1958 baseball season. Ernie Banks beloved by baseball fans is featured here for his outstanding season his first of two consecutive MVP seasons marked by a .313 batting average with 47 home runs and 129 runs batted in. With a pack fresh appearance (a phrase we do not use lightly) a fine example of an ultra high-grade card from a very popular Topps issue.
