Extremely difficult 1964 Meadowgold Dairy Mickey Mantle graded AUTHENTIC by PSA. The Meadowgold Dairy cards were a single panel of four cards printed on a milk carton and containing some of the top stars of the 1960s - Mickey Mantle Bill Mazeroski Sandy Koufax and Willie Mays. Each of the individual blank-backed cards appeared either blue or green against a white background and were blank backed. They are very elusive and typically do not carry numerical grades unless - like other hand-cut cards - they were miraculously cut without interfering with the printed borders of the card. Six of the 14 cards graded by PSA have graded AUTHENTIC just like this example. They are elusive enough that they simply do not present themselves for public auction - VCP has registered just five sales since 2006 and none since 2014.
