Exceptional team postcard featuring the Tecumseh team 1907 champions of the Southern Michigan League. The team featured two players who would go on to play in the majors - first baseman Jock Somerlott (pictured middle row left) who would go on to play 29 games with the 1910 and 1911 Senators and Fred Merkle who would go on to enjoy a long career and participate in one of the most infamous plays in the game's history. Merkle is pictured in the back row center. The card has been graded FAIR 20 by SGC due to overall wear and creasing but the team image is clear and sharp each of the players identified in the bottom border.
