I have one to sell!
Coming off his breakout 1917 season St. Louis Browns first baseman George Sisler would hit a whopping .341 in the 1918 season leading the league in stolen bases with 45. Sisler's browns would finish in just fifth place however as the Boston Red Sox edged out the Indians for the pennant going on to win the World Series against the Chicago Cubs. Issued to one Warren Johnson this season pass provided admission to the Browns' home games at Sportsman's Park. Team owner Phil Ball appears to have signed the pass along the bottom edge. The pass does exhibit some wear as well as some slight fading to the printing. It is possible that the pass does suffer from a slight trim although the lack of printing on the reverse prevents us from determining this unequivocally. Regardless an excellent prewar season pass to one of the league's long-gone franchises.
