Suffice to say that the expression "Terrors of America" has come to have an entirely new connotation than it did in 1890 when Duke Sons & Co issued this fascinating and colorful 50-card set each of the cards featuring a young boy involved in a popular game questionable activity or assorted mischief. Each lithograph includes a humorous pun or play on words. This grouping of 17 cards from the issue each present exxtremely well with white backgrounds and colorful imagery.
