Dated July 5 1984 one thousand dollar check written from Pete Maravich to Jim and Tammy Bakker's "PTL CLub " for lifetime memberships for Pete and his wife Jackie. The signature is bold and vivid the check stamped with various cancellation marks. Near the end of Maravich's life he became an evangelical Christian and actually passed away of heart failure playing basketball at his church in Pasadena California. A particularly poignant reminder of "Pistol Pete"'s career and his tragic passing. LOA from PSA/DNA.
