Spectacular "Ask Me" oversized pin featuring Babe Ruth. This 3" diameter pin features a portrait of Ruth the subject of many of Quaker Oats' promotions in the mid-1930s. In 1934 the company produced a trivia game called "Ask Me " which is considered to be the source of the button. The game could be acquired with a mail-in redemption coupon and box tops from Quaker Oats products one of several Ruth-related premiums offered by the company. The pinback is in NM condition simply beautiful with no signs of wear. Certainly the largest pinback bearing Ruth's image a difficult piece to find in this condition.
