Spectacular 19th Century scorecard published by Fennessy & Reneau for the 1887 Cincinnati Reds. Measuring 3 3/4" x 6 1/4" the colorful front image depicts a game being played while the reverse - equally attractive - is simply an ad for "Coney Island Of The West " some sort of riverboat cruise. The interior scorecard has been scored in pencil and includes Hall of Famer Bid McPhee at second base. The piece is in poor condition the pages attached with clear tape at the spine with significant wear throughout. The display quality however is quite strong the colorful cover quite attractive and worthy of display.
