Attractive middle-grade card of the "Black Prince of Baseball " Hal Chase. One of the more widely-collected deadball era players Chase was a complex character with a reputation for gambling on baseball - but a reputation for being one of its greatest players. This example of his E93 card despite being well-handled as part of the "Full Count Find " presents well depicting Chase at first in mid-throw.
