The 1920s-30s Everlast premiums are found in several nominal sizes: postcard sized 5" x 7" 5 1/4" x 8" 4 3/8" x 6 1/2" and 8" x 10". The earlier versions feature a distinct oval nameplate and that have a prominent Everlast logo often plainly pasted onto the source image. Later versions do not have name plates or stripped-in logos.
