Exceptional BF2 pennant of Hall of Fame pitcher Grover Cleveland Alexander. Excellent image quality with some felt pulls along the edges but all lettering and graphics intact. Pennant exhibits some folds across the front but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the pennant. This 6" long miniature pennant was issued in 1916 by the Ferguson Bakery of Roxbury Mass featuring small pennants with black and white images with poses mirroring that of the M101-4 set of the same year. The pennants are relatively scarce today and very desirable. An outstanding specimen of a key Hall of Famer from a scarce issue.
