Bright and vivid card #47 of Bill Conn with extreme white borders and a rich blue background. Slightly off-register the detail in Conn's facial features is a tad blurred but not enough to reduce the card from the NM-MT 8 level assigned by PSA. PSA has graded 108 1948 Leaf Conn cards just 20 attaining this level with merely two higher.
