I have one to sell!
Produced by O Pee Chee of London Ontario the 1937 baseball set depicted a player photograph portrayed on a cartoon ball field. The player was die-cut the intention being to stand the player up similar to the 1937 R318 Batter-Up cards in the United States. The cards themselves are scarce and due to the die cuts high-grade examples sell for a considerable premium. This example of Hall of Fame outfielder "Goose" Goslin of the Tigers has been graded NM+ 86 by SGC and is visually stunning. With pack-fresh edges one can still make out the perforation marks on the card along with the pull marks at the corners a sign of a virtually mint card. The die cut has not been perforated at any point and the reverse while off center appears clean. Only a slight faint stain on the front appears to be keeping the card out of an even higher. Still this is one of the most attractive Goslins available from this issue and certainly one of the highest-grade examples of ANY subject from this set.Population DataSGC Population: 7 total graded 2 at this level 1 higherPSA Population: 13 total graded 0 at this level 2 higher
