Considered one of the early classic baseball books an early attempt to document the history of the game (including the erroneous crediting of Abner Doubleday with the game's invention". Internal wear to the spine is also noted and the gatefold photo near the rear of the book is very delicate separating at the folds. Still a fine example of one of the game's early historical documents.
