With a total graded population between SGC and PSA in the low hundreds the Lenox Mouthpiece Cigarettes T206 back variety is among the rarest. According to T206Resource.com the Black Lenox back ranks eighth in total scarcity (including the Ty Cobb back). With just three total graded copies currently known this is an extremely rare card. The front of the card accounts for its grade as several creases and indentations obscure the player"s face. The back however is clean (despite the creases) with no paper loss - an excellent example of a difficult-to-find ad back.
