The scorebook has been signed on the cover by San Francisco Seals Ed Sauer and Lefty O'Doul and also has at least one additional illegible signature along with some additional notations scrawled on the cover. An attractive early PCL scorebook signed by one of its greatest names in Lefty O'Doul.
